Affordable Transitional Housing Accommodations

RTEAMLISA believes affordable housing accommodations are the key to building a foundation of success for one’s future. By doing so, it guarantees stability, security, and reduces financial burdens while allowing individuals to focus on their self-reliance, while having resources to essential needs such as health care, nutrition, and education. RTEAMLISA provides fully furnished homes with washer/dryer access on-site, Wi-Fi/television access, and access to food and essentials. Through these accommodations, RTEAMLISA provides the means to lessen the burden of housing, and basic living worries to those that can not attain such comforts of life, in our effort to help individuals focus on improving their overall quality of life while in transition, developing their independence.

Individualized life skills training

RTEAMLISA understands that everyone has different goals and needs in life. That’s why we ensure that training is individualized and tailored to meet the specific needs and circumstances of each individual. Through mentorship and consideration to each individual’s strengths and weaknesses, RTEAMLISA aims to cover not only the everyday essential basic skills and requirements in order to live healthy, but also skills in various topics, including but not limited to financial literacy, time management, decision-making skills, effective communication, and education. By focusing on personal development, this training helps individuals handle everyday tasks and challenges, build confidence, and ultimately lead to a higher quality of life ensuring that every individual receives the support they need to thrive both personally and professionally.

Job Readiness Programs

RTEAMLISA believes that by being educated through job readiness programs, individuals can be prepared, and have to offer a required skillset essential to achieve a more promising future. Learning the fundamentals of resume building, job interview preparation, and employment-seeking strategies, provides a solid foundation for entering the workforce. These programs offer training in specific skills that are in demand, and soft skills such as communication and teamwork, are essential for success. By equipping individuals with the tools, and skills necessary, RTEAMLISA assists in helping increase employment opportunities, reducing low-to-no income, promoting greater economic stability within the community, the ability to give back to the community, and helping individuals become less reliant on the government and system’s funds, to become more self-sufficient.
